Wild & Wiser Sauna Participant Agreement

By booking and participating in a Wild & Wiser sauna session, I confirm that: Health Declaration • I am in good physical health and able to safely participate in sauna and cold-water activities. • I have sought medical advice where appropriate regarding any existing health conditions, including heart conditions, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, diabetes, pregnancy, or any other condition that may affect my ability to participate safely. • I do not have any open wounds or contagious conditions. • I will not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair my judgement or physical ability. Acknowledgement of Risk I understand that sauna and cold-water activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, dizziness, nausea, fainting, heat exhaustion, hyperthermia, slips, trips, falls, burns, and other physical injury. I voluntarily accept these risks and take responsibility for my participation. Safety Requirements I agree to: • Follow all instructions provided by Wild & Wiser, sauna hosts, and facilitators. • Stay hydrated before, during, and after my session. • Leave the sauna immediately if I feel unwell or experience discomfort. • Use all facilities responsibly and with consideration for others. • Not bring glass, sharp objects, or hazardous materials into the sauna area. Limitation of Liability I understand that I participate at my own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild & Wiser, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness arising from my participation, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded. Age Restriction Participants must be aged 18 or over. Consent By completing my booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Participant Agreement and voluntarily choose to participate.
