Altruistic Therapies
Kimberley Gordon
Kimberley's work is all about listening to her clients bodies, how they hold energy and provide a safe space for them to release, realign and reconnect with themselves.
She found herself being drawn into this line of work as a way to overcome her fear of touch (from past trauma). She finds it has become a way to help others that have suffered in this mindset and want some help on their journey.
What Wild & Wiser means to me?
“Wild is the freedom to listen to my soul & choose to take my own path no matter how it looks to others. The wiser part comes with time as I learn from my mistakes and take them as lessons not failures.”

Sharon’s Reiki sessions offer a calm nurturing space to rest, rebalance and reconnect with your inner wisdom. At Wild and Wiser, Sharon invites you to slow down, soften and remember your natural capacity to heal.
What Wild & Wiser means to me?
“To me I consider wild and wiser to be the inner temple where women come home to themselves – untamed, authentic and deeply knowing. It’s about honouring all our lived experiences and celebrating how we grow with each and every season of our life. Being wild and wiser is about reclaiming the parts of ourselves we were taught to quiet, and to rejoice as we rest in a space where women are held, heard and honoured.”

Waning Crystals
Georgia Blainey
Waning Crescent Crystals is a heart-led brand offering hand-curated crystals, magickal tools, jewellery and witchy accessories to bring balance, joy and peace into everyday life. Created during the pandemic, the project was born from a desire to share the transformative power of crystals and make holistic, intentional practices more accessible to all.
Rooted in mindfulness and intuition, Waning Crescent Crystals invites people to slow down, feel grounded, and reconnect with themselves through meaningful, soul-nourishing rituals.
What Wild & Wiser means to me?
“Being Wild & Wiser to me means honouring both instinct and experience — trusting my intuition while growing through everything life teaches me. It’s about staying connected to nature, energy, and my inner knowing, while evolving into a more grounded, aware, and empowered version of myself. It’s the balance of magick and maturity, of feeling deeply and living consciously.”

Katy Jepson
Crowns by Katy
Crowns by Katy was created from a desire to create art with flowers and to make durable, wearable and affordable accessories that allow people to express themselves be that at a festival, a gig, in their job or daily life.
The aim is to create totally unique, fun and fabulous headwear to suit any vibe - think fairytale, gothic, mermaid, disco fever and everything in between! Every crown is one of a kind which adds to the magic and she loves creating bespoke designs to match people’s exact outfits. Specialising in eye‑catching light‑up flower crowns.
What she loves most is how the crowns make people feel. They bring so much joy, and she gets a real thrill when something she's created finds the person it’s meant for and heads off on its own adventure!
What Wild & Wiser means to me?
"I am incredibly lucky to have a network of amazing women and girls around me. We’re all supporting each other as we grow into our own ‘wild and wiser’ version of ourselves, navigating this mad journey of life together.
To me, being wild is having the courage to know what does and doesn’t serve you, and being able to say how you feel with kindness — but without apology.
As my friends and I shimmy into our 40s, we’re really enjoying the wisdom this new phase brings. I’m grateful for the years ahead, which I know will bring even more confidence… and a steadily decreasing number of f**ks to give. Bring it on!"

Spend Green CIC
Liz Christou
After a successful corporate career solving big business problems, Liz adapted her skills to make a difference where it really mattered to her — protecting our natural environment. Lots of research and applying techniques to her own life later, she wrote a book sharing practical ideas for aligning spending our money with our values.
She then created Spend Green – an online marketplace (launching Summer 2026) designed to make it just as easy and a lot of fun to buy everything you need locally and sustainably. Helping every pound we spend build a more creative, resilient, greener and fairer local economy.
What Wild & Wiser means to me?
“ Being wild to me means less second guessing myself or holding myself back because of what someone might think. And realising that people generally want to support each other which means there is a safety net all around you when you take a leap of faith.
Wiser for me is about truly listening to people who see the world differently — not just hearing their point so you can argue against it. Progress comes from understanding where someone is coming from, even if you never end up agreeing with them."
