What Wild & Wiser means to me?
"To me, Wild & Wiser means being more consciously aware of myself and others, speaking honestly and authentically, rather than running on autopilot and abandoning my true self. Healing from my past and becoming more present in the moment, tuning in to how I feel inside, bringing my attention back to myself if I start to get distracted - it's a life-long process and focus!
When we each take responsibility for ourselves and our own healing everyone can evolve and our World can change for the better"

Katy Jepson
Crowns by Katy
Crowns by Katy was created from a desire to create art with flowers and to make durable, wearable and affordable accessories that allow people to express themselves be that at a festival, a gig, in their job or daily life.
The aim is to create totally unique, fun and fabulous headwear to suit any vibe - think fairytale, gothic, mermaid, disco fever and everything in between! Every crown is one of a kind which adds to the magic and she loves creating bespoke designs to match people’s exact outfits. Specialising in eye‑catching light‑up flower crowns.
What she loves most is how the crowns make people feel. They bring so much joy, and she gets a real thrill when something she's created finds the person it’s meant for and heads off on its own adventure!
What Wild & Wiser means to me?
"I am incredibly lucky to have a network of amazing women and girls around me. We’re all supporting each other as we grow into our own ‘wild and wiser’ version of ourselves, navigating this mad journey of life together.
To me, being wild is having the courage to know what does and doesn’t serve you, and being able to say how you feel with kindness — but without apology.
As my friends and I shimmy into our 40s, we’re really enjoying the wisdom this new phase brings. I’m grateful for the years ahead, which I know will bring even more confidence… and a steadily decreasing number of f**ks to give. Bring it on!"

Spend Green CIC
Liz Christou
After a successful corporate career solving big business problems, Liz adapted her skills to make a difference where it really mattered to her — protecting our natural environment. Lots of research and applying techniques to her own life later, she wrote a book sharing practical ideas for aligning spending our money with our values.
She then created Spend Green – an online marketplace (launching Summer 2026) designed to make it just as easy and a lot of fun to buy everything you need locally and sustainably. Helping every pound we spend build a more creative, resilient, greener and fairer local economy.
What Wild & Wiser means to me?
“ Being wild to me means less second guessing myself or holding myself back because of what someone might think. And realising that people generally want to support each other which means there is a safety net all around you when you take a leap of faith.
Wiser for me is about truly listening to people who see the world differently — not just hearing their point so you can argue against it. Progress comes from understanding where someone is coming from, even if you never end up agreeing with them."

What Wild & Wiser means to me?
"For me, being wild and wiser is about slowing down enough to reconnect with yourself, nature and your creativity.

What Wild & Wiser means to me?
"Being Wild and Wiser means tuning into your inner voice, listening to the calling of your soul and stepping bravely forward on your path. For me, it's leaning into meeting my own needs before everyone else's, consciously choosing my tribe, and curating hot spaces for women to gather and remember who they really are. Wild is connecting to and feeling your power. Wiser is knowing when and how to harness it".

What Wild & Wiser means to me?
"For me, being Wild & Wiser is about slowing down enough to reconnect with what really matters. It's finding joy in simple things, spending time in nature, caring for yourself and surrounding yourself with people who lift you up. It feels like the perfect reminder that wisdom doesn't always come from doing more – sometimes it comes from giving yourself permission to be."

Dorset Women CIC

Wounded Healing
Claire Sherwood
Wounded Healing was born from Claire's own journey of healing, self-discovery and finding her way back to self.
Through Reiki, Crystal Energy Healing, holistic therapies and talking sessions, she creates a safe, calm and non-judgemental space for others to slow down, reconnect with themselves and simply be.
Her passion is rooted in relaxation, touch, connection and empowerment. Not to fix, rescue or save anyone, but to hold space, plant seeds and gently support people as they reconnect with their own inner knowing, their choices and their capacity to shape their lives.
Sometimes healing isn't about becoming someone new.
Sometimes it's about coming home to who you truly are.
Holding space for when you are ready.
Throughout the weekend, Claire will be offering Reiki sessions, soothing facial massage, and relaxing hand and foot rituals — creating an opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
To book a session, please visit the Wounded Healing stand during the festival or to pre book email claire@woundedhealing.co.uk, or contact Claire via WhatsApp on 07900 244644.
What Wild & Wiser means to me?
"To me, Wild & Wiser is about giving women permission to pause. To step away, even briefly, from the roles, expectations and noise of everyday life and reconnect with the woman underneath it all.
It feels like a celebration of the journey we are all on. The messy, beautiful, sometimes painful and always evolving journey of discovering who we are and who we are becoming. I love the idea of women coming together, sharing stories, learning, exploring and reminding one another that we don't have to have all the answers.
For me, being wild isn't about being reckless or untamed — although it's always good to have that streak! — it's about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we may have silenced, forgotten or been told were too much. And being wiser isn't about having everything figured out — it's about listening more deeply to ourselves, trusting our own inner knowing, evolving and understanding that we always have a choice.
Wild & Wiser feels like a space where women can come exactly as they are, and leave feeling a little more connected to who they truly are."
